HoniKaiSurf.com only ships to addresses in the United States and all other allowed countries. Some restrictions apply.

We deliver via UPS, USPS or a comparable delivery service. The shipping charge will be assessed during the checkout process. International orders may be required to contact us to complete the shipping process. If this is the case, instructions will appear during the checkout process. Items ordered at the same time may not always be shipped together; your delivery charge, however, will be based on the total merchandise amount per address.

In stock merchandise usually is processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. LiveAquatic.com will let you know at checkout or by a follow-up message if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability. For that merchandise, we will give you an expected shipping time at checkout.

We offer FREE Shipping within the United States for orders over $100.

Returns

For an exchange, refund or credit, please send the package via UPS or insured U.S. Postal Service to the address indicated on your packing slip. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. Please allow 10 days for the return to be processed once we receive it.
